Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Major Details. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure transparency and professionalism in every experience with us.

1. Bookings & Deposits

  • All appointments require a deposit to confirm your booking.

     

    • $25 non-refundable deposit for car detailing services.

    • $850 non-refundable deposit for vinyl wrapping services.

     

  • Deposits are applied toward your final service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until your deposit has been received. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. If Major Details must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule, but deposits are non-refundable whatsoever. Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated reschedules may require full payment upfront for future bookings. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

3. Payments

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of your service. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit, or Debit Card. All completed services are non-refundable.

4. Vehicle Condition

  • Clients are responsible for removing all personal items prior to service. Major Details is not liable for any lost or damaged belongings left inside the vehicle. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions that require extra time or products may result in additional charges. Clients will be notified before such charges are applied. For wraps or paint-related services, vehicles must be in reasonable condition. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or poor paint adhesion.

5. Service Times

  • Service times vary based on vehicle condition, size, and the selected package. While we strive to complete all services within the scheduled timeframe, quality is our top priority — additional time may be required for best results.

6. Liability

  • Major Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage, paint defects, mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the service performed. While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, we are not liable for damages caused by weak or faulty materials, aging paint, or aftermarket accessories.

7. Wraps & Coatings

  • All vinyl wraps and coatings are installed using professional techniques and products. We are not liable for peeling, lifting, or bubbling caused by pre-existing paint conditions, rust, or failure to follow proper aftercare instructions. Clients are responsible for following all aftercare and maintenance recommendations provided by Major Details.

8. Media & Content

  • Photos and videos may be taken before, during, and after services for portfolio or social media purposes. If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed or posted, please inform us before your appointment begins.

9. Policy Updates

  • Major Details reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the most recent version of these terms.
